There are multiple generations of Smartlipo machines, the most recent would be the one that Dr. Melanie Carreon has, which is the "SmartLipo Triplex". Therefore, not all Smartlipo machines are the same. Every Smartlipo generation has different amount of power (watts) and wavelengths (single, dual and triple).

1st generation: Smartlipo (Single wavelength): 6 Watt (amount of power), 10 Watt, 12 Watt and 18 Watt.
